What is the return policy?

We want you to love your order! Since all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes — all custom and personalized items are final sale once your order is confirmed. This includes any product made with your name, photo, logo, or custom design. Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for exchange depending on availability.

When will I get my order?

Processing time for most custom orders is 5–10 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are designed, printed, and packaged in the USA, right here at 2gyrls Printing & Designs. We source high-quality materials from trusted suppliers to ensure your items look great and last.

How much does shipping cost?

SHIPPING IS FREE! UNLESS EXPEDITED,Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
