All items are made to order.

• Standard production time is 3–7 business days after payment is received and all design details are approved.
• Large orders, graduation season, holidays, or peak periods may require additional processing time.
• Turnaround time begins once all required information, images, and approvals are submitted.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped via standard carrier services once production is complete.
• Shipping time is separate from production time.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
• 2Gyrls Printing & Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Rush services may be available depending on current production volume.

• Rush fees apply.
• Rush orders must be confirmed with us before purchase.
• Not all items qualify for rush processing.

Please contact us prior to ordering if you require expedited production.

Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All custom designs created by 2Gyrls Printing & Designs remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We reserve the right to use completed designs for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Customers must have permission to use any logos, images, or copyrighted material submitted.
• 2Gyrls Printing & Designs is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from customer-provided content.

Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs is prohibited.
